1. What is the purpose of this Policy?

The purpose of this Policy is to inform about the manner in which the personal data of customers and users of the Company’s website is collected, stored, used and potentially transferred, the security measures taken by the Company to protect personal data, the reasons and the period for which it is stored, as well as the type of personal data collected. 2. What is personal data?

Personal data is any information relating to a specific natural person or a person whose identity can be verified (e.g. name, identity number, address, etc.). The Company will not process your personal data without your consent. However, the Company reserves the right to process your personal data to the extent permitted or required by law, and/or by a contract you have entered into with the Company, and/or by court decisions or public prosecutor orders/provisions.

In summary, the personal data that is collected and further processed is:

7. How long is my personal data retained?

Your personal data is retained for as long as required by the nature of the service provided by the Company or the sales contract you have chosen, and additionally for as long as determined by the relevant legislation.

To determine the appropriate retention period, the Company takes into account the quantity, nature and sensitivity of the personal data, the purposes for which it is processed, and the ability to achieve those purposes by other means.

A) You have the right at any time to ask us what personal data we are processing about you, for what purposes we are doing so, whether we are sharing it with third parties and with whom, as well as other relevant information. (right to information)

B) You also have the right to receive a free copy of your personal data upon request. This copy will be provided to you within one month of the submission of your request. This period may be extended by a further two months where necessary, taking into account the complexity of your request and the number of requests. (right of access)

C) Other rights you have under the relevant personal data protection legislation include the right to request the updating and/or correction of your data, the cessation and/or restriction of its processing, and its deletion from the Company’s systems, provided there is no other legal obligation to retain it.

D) You also retain the right to data portability and/or the right to object to the processing of your personal data.

Every request submitted must be accompanied by appropriate identification evidence and the required information must be provided (e.g. the data that requires correction), as described in the terms of use of the relevant service or the contract you have entered into with the Company. This period may be extended by a further two (2) months where necessary, taking into account the complexity of the request and the number of requests. You will be informed of any such extension as well as the reasons for the delay within one month of the Company’s receipt of the request. In any case, you have the right to contact the competent Authority for the Protection of Personal Data (HDPA) and/or to seek judicial redress. In the event of judicial proceedings, the Courts of Thessaloniki have jurisdiction.

9. Is my data secure?

The Company considers the privacy of the individuals whose personal data it processes to be of the utmost importance and makes every effort to protect it, both in terms of the confidentiality of the information and its integrity (ensuring it is not altered, accidentally destroyed, etc.).

In this context, the Company takes all appropriate organisational and technical measures designed to protect information from loss, misuse, unauthorised access, disclosure, distortion or destruction, and ensures the fair and lawful collection and processing of personal data as well as its secure maintenance in accordance with the relevant provisions of both Greek and EU and international law regarding the protection of individuals from the processing of personal data, as well as the decisions of the Personal Data Protection Authority, safeguarding the confidentiality of any information that comes to its knowledge.
